Want to go from Fat to Phat by using hypnosis to lose weight? I’ll share with you my past self hypnosis experience and most recent secret weapon for weight loss. Yes of course, without the use of drugs, surgery, dieting or excessive exercise and it works even during the holidays.
The scenario that follows is basically what typically happens when I decide to perform self hypnosis to lose weight. I have sucessfully achieved weight loss through self hypnosis in the past but, this recent experience is the most successful that I have been at losing weight. So I’m so excited to share my story with you.
I just had lunch with some friends that I haven’t seen since the beginning of this year. Just to show you how unobservant my friends are, the first thing they said was, “You look really good. Did you change your hair-style?”

Nope. I lost a little weight.
That’s when it happens (and it always happens). Listen carefully because if you try lose weight this simple way, you will have the same thing happen to you. You will be bombarded with questions.
- How much weight did you lose?
- How did you do it?
- How long did it take?
- What did you eat?
- What did you do for exercise?
- How hard was it to do?
Ask yourself this: Are you the kind of person who’s truly able to pursue self-hypnosis for weight loss? Or are you like some of my friends who react this way:
- They look at me like I’m joking. They may even belittle you and make fun of your weight loss. My brother-in-law asked me what kind of pendulum I was using as he dangles his watch in front of me. That’s OK because I went from Fat to Phat!
- They even change the subject because they think I’m making it all up and trying to keep my “secret” weight loss techniques a secret from them.
- Say, “oh, I can’t do that.” (It doesn’t matter what I say. I could say, that my weight loss technique was not to do anything and some of my friends will still inevitably say, “Oh, I can’t do that.”)
- (They make excuses.) I don’t have money to buy new clothes if I lose weight, etc.
There will be more Reactions and Drama after you start explaining exactly how you did it so be prepared! For some reason, it is human nature not to believe that success can be accomplished through easy, simple methods.
A lot of people think that you have to be special, that you must possess some kind of hidden gift or power to be able to employ self hypnosis for weight loss. I KNOW that I am special but not any more than anybody else. Anyone can do this.
Want to know what I did?
First, if you don’t believe that losing weight can be accomplished through simple hypnosis techniques, don’t read the rest of this article. On the other hand, if you really want to hear what I did, please read on.
Okay, still with me? Great!
First let me answer the common questions posed to me:
How much weight did you lose? I lost a total of 17 lbs. within this (see below) time. No, I did not adjust the scale!

How did you do it? I did it through self hypnosis as I have done in the past but this time, I utilized a particular self-hypnosis weight loss tape.
I’ve done self hypnosis on myself to lose weight before using meditation and visualization but I typically lose about 2-3 lbs a month, so this isn’t new to me but…
The weight loss self-hypnosis tape (one of the many quality hypnosis tapes that you can get through this website) doubled my success rate.
How long did it take? I started on September 3 and stopped doing the daily hypnosis on December 4; so, 3 months.
What did you eat? I ate regular meals, including normal visits to my favorite fast food restaurants; even celebrated (translation: gobble, gobbled) Thanksgiving with my family. I ate my chocolates as usual. I have to admit though, that (except for Thanksgiving) I don’t feel as hungry as I did when I first began the diet and am eating less.
What did you do for exercise? I probably had exercised an average of once a month during this time. I did the Susan B. Komen run (crawl) in October and swam once in September.
I was hoping to do more but was too busy. Yes, that’s it. That’s my excuse and I’m sticking with it.
How hard was it to do? Well, it took me a few minutes to figure out how to download the tape to my First MP3 player. That was the hardest part. I designated a time each day to listen to the tape which wasn’t very hard to do.

Don’t let me stop you from your dieting, exercising, etc. This self-hypnosis method can be used together with your other weight loss routines.
You don’t have to go to hypnosis school, you don’t even have to be a computer geek. Just download the hypnosis tape to your MP3 player and listen to it once a day.
That’s it. That’s how I went from Fat to Phat (well, that’s debatable but you know what I mean!)
