Great Strategies to Erase Stress – Panic Away

6. Clenching your fists or tightening your shoulder muscles help anxious people o relax. Clench your fist for 7 seconds then release.
7. Try yawning. When you yawn, more air and oxygen enters your lungs, revitalizing your bloodstream and calming you down.
